1. The Service
UltraStream 8K provides a subscription-based IPTV service granting access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content over the internet. By purchasing a subscription or starting a free trial, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions & Activation
- Plans are available for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, with 1 to 3 simultaneous connections depending on the option selected at checkout.
- Activation is automated and normally completes within 5 minutes of payment. Credentials are delivered by email and/or WhatsApp.
- The 24-hour free trial is limited to one trial per customer/device. Abuse of the trial system may result in a block.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you only pay when you choose to renew.
3. Acceptable Use
- Your subscription is personal. Sharing, reselling or distributing your credentials without a reseller agreement is prohibited.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, public broadcast or commercial retransmission.
- Exceeding your plan's number of simultaneous connections may cause an automatic temporary lock.
- Attempting to attack, probe or disrupt our servers results in immediate termination without refund.
4. Availability & Quality
We target 99.9% uptime via our Anti-Freeze 9.0 server network. Channel lineups and VOD libraries evolve over time; channels may be added, replaced or removed as sources change. Stream quality (8K/4K/FHD) depends on your device and internet connection — a minimum of 25 Mbps is recommended for 4K and 50 Mbps for 8K content.
5. Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and cryptocurrencies. Prices are displayed in USD and charged once per plan period. All payments are processed over 256-bit SSL by third-party payment providers.

7. DMCA & Copyright Compliance
UltraStream 8K respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We act as a technology service provider and respond promptly to valid copyright notices.
If you are a copyright owner and believe content accessible through our service infringes your rights, send a notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient detail to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltraStream 8K's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one and supersedes previous versions. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
